General Porpoise (Brett Amey) is an artist, former teacher, and stay at home dad from rural Pennsylvania with a background in metal fabrication, foundry practices, and ceramics.
Focusing primarily on 1:18 scale figures, he casts as much tinted resin as possible in order to reduce the amount of necessary painting, in turn creating more parts that result in greater posability, thus increasing the "toy factor" of each piece.
When not creating small scale art toys and figurines, he makes functional stoneware pottery and hangs out with the two coolest kids to ever be cool.
