Zartan can alter his appearance to blend in with his environment. He is also a master of makeup and disguise. Very little is known about his background and origins, but most security agencies agree that European military academy training (probably St Cyr). This resin cast and painted figure features a Cobra base (with raised and painted Cobra symbol), Zartan figure sculpted from scratch by @deathandstrawberries that features a ferrous neck insert (which allows head swapping with any polarity of magnetic head you have laying around), and custom sculpted Zartan head (all pieces were molded, cast, and painted by me: @generalporpoise)
